TomTom Go Linux

TomTom Go Linux is the version of Linux used by TomTom Go, an all-in-one car navigation system with software, maps, GPS, and car mount which works straight out of the box. It comes with clear spoken instructions in various languages, crystal-clear 3D or 2D views with day and night variations, and thousands of points of interests on the way.

pity tomtom don't support linux handhelds
shame that despite the GO series running linux, they won't do a zaurus version

luckily there are some clever people about who've made tomtom navigator run on the zaurus: www.oesf.org/forums/lo...

Th DMG contains a commercial program to add maps and voices to the TomTomGO using a Mac. It contains no source code, and to use it you have to pay €12,80 (US$14.30). See the product page (www.equinux.com/us/pro....
