QtitanRibbon
QtitanRibbon is implementation of Microsoft's Ribbon UI for Qt. It contains a collection of widgets (control elements) which will help you quickly and easily add a next-gen user interface to your application. The product is completely based on Qt SDK.

Where I can donwload "Public Domain" version (see definition en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...? On home page there is just "free demo version" or offer to purchase product.
