SmartGit/Hg is a graphical user interface for Git and Mercurial which can work with SVN repositories. It supports cloning from common repository providers (e.g., GitHub, Assembla), assists Git newbies, and also offers the advanced, powerful Git features. It provides several tools to help create clean commits, for example by allowing the user to commit just parts of changes files and reordering and squashing unpushed commits. If you are using GitHub or GitHub Enterprise, SmartGit/Hg can work easily with pull requests (creation, resolving) and commit comments. SmartGit/Hg ships with a built-in SSH client, file comparer, and merge tool which are capable of syntax coloring for many languages.
Release Notes: This build fixes a couple of bugs. Because of a regression, Help|Check for New Version must be used to get it (or download the new bundle).
JPPF makes it easy to parallelize computationally intensive tasks and execute them on a Grid.
Release Notes: This beta release brings major new features, focused on the ease of use, consistency, and scalability of the client API.
Jailer is a database subsetting and browsing tool. It is a tool for data exporting, schema browsing, and rendering. It exports consistent, referentially intact row-sets from relational databases. It removes obsolete data without violating integrity. It is DBMS agnostic (by using JDBC), platform independent, and generates DbUnit datasets, hierarchically structured XML, and topologically sorted SQL-DML.
Release Notes: An incompatibility with Java 8 was fixed.
Aspose.Pdf is a .NET PDF component to write PDF documents without using Adobe Acrobat. It supports form field creation, document, text and page properties, color space, text, heading, and attachment settings. It lets you create PDF documents by using its API with XML templates and XSL-FO files. It also converts HTML, XSL-FO, and MS Word to PDF. Other features include image formats and security features, hyperlinks, the ability to add footnotes, automatic fitting to content in a table, decimal Tab stops, HTML tags, and keeping paragraphs together when breaking pages.
Release Notes: This release added support for converting XFA forms to standard forms. In order to cater for this requirement, the values from an enumeration named FormType can be passed to the Document.Form.Type property. Developers can now use a single approach to set access privileges when creating new PDF documents or manipulating existing PDF files. Moreover, adding layers to PDF documents and getting the destination URL of a hyperlink in PDF documents are also supported. It also enhanced PDF to image conversion, saving PDF files in a particular PDF version, deleting images from PDF files, and much more.
Impro-Visor is a music notation and playback tool for helping jazz musicians learn to improvise. It features a notation GUI, automated playback of chords and rhythm using MIDI, and improvisation advice provided in a variety of ways, including being able to improvise jazz itself. Data are stored as open-format text files. MIDI and MusicXML export are also available.
Release Notes: The Style/Section editor has been changed to allow greater flexibility. There is a virtual keyboard for entering notes on the screen. There is now an option within Import MIDI tracks from File to infer chords. The Style Extractor no longer requires a leadsheet file to specify chords; extraction is done only from MIDI files. The grammar formalism contains some new constructs, including the ability to specify relative pitches (rather than just abstract notes), and other built-ins. The roadmap analysis algorithm has been changed to use harmonic tempo.
The ServerStatus application will display a window that shows the status of a list of servers, NAS, routers, etc. ServerStatus will 'ping' each server/network device once per minute to determine if it is 'online' or 'offline'.
Release Notes: A Ping command is now used rather than using the isReachable() method.
Gitblit is a pure Java stack for managing, viewing, and serving Git repositories. It's designed primarily as a tool for small workgroups which want to host centralized repositories.
Release Notes: This release features a My Tickets page, Milestone CRUD pages, overhauled New Repository and Edit Repository workflows, and overhauled User Profile pages with SSH key management and user preferences.
DKPro WSD provides UIMA components which encapsulate corpus readers, linguistic annotators, lexical semantic resources, WSD algorithms, and evaluation and reporting tools. You configure the components, or write new ones, and arrange them into a data processing pipeline. DKPro WSD is modular and flexible. Components which provide the same functionality can be freely swapped. You can easily run the same algorithm on different data sets, or test several different algorithms on the same data set.
Release Notes: Evaluators now permit chaining of backoff algorithms. There are now annotators that allow for disambiguating the complete text collectively. There is now a weighted MFS baseline. The sense cluster evaluator now computes McNemar's test. The sense cluster evaluator now handles the case where there are multiple gold-standard senses, and includes undisambiguated instances in the confusion matrix. Bugs were fixed.
ToPIA (short for Tools for Portable and Independent Architecture) is a technical platform abstraction framework. It consists of a persistence module and services for migration, replication, and security.
Release Notes: This version refactors generated code for delete on relation without association entity, enables schema initialization by default, deprecates the findByTopiaId, findByNaturalId, and tryFindByTopiaId methods, adds a forNaturalId() method to dao, and adds isEmptyCollection(property) to HqlAndParametersBuilder. It also fixes bugs that prevented multiple migration from being resumed in case of failure and a bug on migration lifecycle.
