GNU Moe 1.5-pre1
GNU Moe is a powerful, 8-bit clean console text editor for ISO-8859 and ASCII character encodings. It has a modeless, user-friendly interface, online help, multiple windows, unlimited undo/redo capability, unlimited line length, global search/replace (on all buffers at once), block operations, automatic indentation, word wrapping, filename completion, a directory browser, duplicate removal from prompt histories, and delimiter matching.
Release Notes: Moe now accepts a column number as in "moe +line,column filename". The short name "-B" has been assigned to "--no-backup". The new commands "show little-endian multibyte value" and "show big-endian multibyte value" have been added. The clock now shows a "." after the minutes for PM. Moe now removes the file before saving when "create backups" is off to avoid following links. "reformat paragraph" now uses as a left margin the maximum of the left margin and cursor column. "change buffer name" now rejects the names of files being edited.

GNU ddrescue 1.15
GNU ddrescue is a data recovery tool. It copies data from one file or block device (hard disk, CD-ROM, etc.) to another, trying hard to rescue data in case of read errors. GNU ddrescuelog is a tool that manipulates ddrescue logfiles, shows logfile contents, converts logfiles to/from other formats, compares logfiles, tests rescue status, and can delete a logfile if the rescue is done.
Release Notes: The options "-a, --min-read-rate", "-I, --verify-input-size", and "-x, --extend-outfile" have been added. Ddrescue now verifies that infile, outfile, and logfile are all different. Non-tried blocks are now read aligned to cluster-size sectors. The "split or skip" algorithm of the split pass has been improved. A spurious warning about "-D" being ignored in fill mode has been removed. Ddrescuelog, a tool for manipulation, display, conversion, comparison, and testing of ddrescue log files, has been added.

Arg_parser 1.6
Arg_parser is an argument parser that follows POSIX and GNU conventions for command line arguments. There exist C++ and C versions of Arg_parser. The C++ version is implemented as a C++ class, while the C version is implemented as a single struct plus associated functions. Both are simpler, easier to use, and safer than 'getopt_long'. The C++ version of Arg_parser can also parse options from configuration files.

white_dune 0.31beta444
white_dune is a graphical VRML97/X3DV editor, simple NURBS/Superformula 3D modeller, animation tool, and VRML97/X3DV commandline compiler in development. VRML97 (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is the ISO standard for displaying 3D data over the Web via browser plugins ("HTML for realtime 3D"). X3DV is the direct successor of VRML97. VRML97 and X3DV have support for animation, real-time interaction, and multimedia (images, movies, and sounds). white_dune can read, create, and display VRML97/X3DV files and let the user change the scenegraph/fields. It also has support for stereoscopic view via "quadbuffer"-capable stereo visuals, and support for 3D input devices like a joystick, spaceball, or magnetic tracker.
Release Notes: This release adds better alignment of nodes in the route view window after animation creation. It has a completed Wonderland export of ProximitySensor. It has a more general last fallback font, and a bigger default font on OLPC. It adds Wonderland export of CylinderSensor. It adds "better than nothing" Wonderland export of SphereSensor. It fixes a crash in executing the Java source export of the Inline node.

The eobjects.org MetaModel is a project created for maximum reuse of a SQL-compliant domain model of the database domain. The MetaModel is a model that contains classes that represent the structure of a database (schemas, tables, column, relationships) and interaction with the database (queries) in a SQL/LINQ-like way. In short, it is a model for modelling data in databases and other datastores. With MetaModel you can query different datastores like databases, CSV files, Excel spreadsheets, MS Access files, and XML files using the same approach and the same domain model.
Release Notes: This release introduces an interceptor layer for adapting and monitoring any query or update to your data. It greatly improves JDBC insert performance by using batch inserts instead of regular statements. It sanitizes the type conversion API to use the new interceptor layer.

BEdita is a Web development framework that comes with a full-featured content management system out of the box. BEdita 3 is a solid software environment, fully compatible and respectful of Web standards. BEdita has been built upon CakePHP, the well known framework, from which it inherits the MVC design pattern.
